To inaugurate the blog, the first magnet is the most recent. Bought this weekend in Ischia , is a smiling swordfish. Several things to note: the beautiful black hat with feather, eye "ball", a slight but widespread sbrilluccichio, and last but not least inportant the writing. What does it say? It should be "Ischia" but, on closer inspection, looks more like Micky. And this is the name by which we christened!
spirit Ischitana Micky seems to contain the atmosphere, colorful, lively, cheerful and friendly, welcoming as much of southern Italy. Fish is also one of the characteristics of the island but the real dish is the "rabbit all'ischitana" but we love the rabbits, we never tried.
Ischia is famous not only for the beautiful sea that surrounds it, to the baths that make your stay pleasant even out of season. Our stay ended with a good pizza (the face of common areas) and with the purchase of another pair of magnets ..... we will present the next episode!
